This policy applies to visitors to www.insight-performance.com, customers and users of software published by Maltem Insight Performance, prospects, and all its stakeholders.

Maltem Insight Performance processes your data for specific and explicit purposes. They are exclusively reserved for the use of Maltem Insight Performance, and are not transferred to third parties. The legal basis for the processing is the legitimate interest (see Article 6.1.f) of the European Data Protection Regulation).

Maltem Insight Performance only collects data that is strictly necessary for the purpose for which it was collected.

When you fill in fields, especially on the website www.insight-performance.com, the information requested is marked with an asterisk because it is necessary for Maltem Insight Performance to fulfill its obligations to you to provide a service and/or resources.

However, other data may be collected if the user chooses to fill in the free fields provided on the site www.insight-performance.com.

To access Maltem Insight Performance resources and services, users enter personal information such as email address, last name, first name, phone number, employer, and job title.

Maltem Insight Performance processes personal data collected directly from you via its online contact forms, telephone interviews, exchange of business cards, participation in trade shows, and connection requests via professional networks.

Purposes of data processing

The data collected by Maltem Insight Performance during the use of the site and access to the resources are processed in order to allow access to the resources published on the site, the identification of users, the improvement of services, the distribution of editorial content, as well as commercial prospecting operations.

The purpose of the collection is therefore to process requests for information about our software or to send information directly related to our software or the IT sector.

Data flow

Maltem Insight Performance uses the data collected from its users only for its own purposes. No data is sold to any third parties.

The data can be accessed by the marketing department, the sales department, and the customer service department, depending on the purpose.

The data may however be transmitted to technical service providers that Maltem Insight Performance may call upon in order to optimize the site and the services, in particular and in a non-limitative way, for the hosting of the site in shared server infrastructures, or for the use of technical solutions for the distribution of its contents (SalesForce, Mailchimp).

If necessary, personal information concerning users may be accessible to the service provider, strictly within the framework of the service provided. Maltem Insight Performance commits that its service providers and subcontractors comply with the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/79 of 27 April 2016 or are Privacy Shield certified, and do not make any use of data other than to perform the technical services necessary to enable the use of the Services.

Maltem Insight Performance may therefore use service providers established outside the European Union, in particular for the supply of software. We undertake not to contract with service providers who do not offer sufficient guarantees in terms of data confidentiality and security.

Shelf-life

The personal data collected by Maltem Insight Performance is kept in order to continue to inform users about the evolution of our services, to continue the contractual relationship, and to inform them of the availability of new content.

The personal data of customers collected by Maltem Insight Performance used for commercial prospecting purposes are kept for a period of three years from the end of the commercial relationship.

The personal data of non-customer prospects are kept for a maximum period of 36 months from the last contact from the prospect.

The cookies installed during the navigation on the site expire automatically after a period of 12 months without having consulted the site.

Security of collected data

Maltem Insight Performance is committed to ensuring the confidentiality of the data collected and to implementing appropriate organizational and technical measures to preserve its integrity and security: we may note measures against alteration, dissemination, unauthorized access, or accidental loss…

Generally speaking, Maltem Insight Performance undertakes to use the data collected in strict compliance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, known as RGPD.

As such, Maltem Insight Performance is committed to:

  • Host your own data in the European Union
  • If we use service providers established outside the European Union, they must be Privacy Shield certified
  • Do not use the data for purposes other than those specified in this document
  • Not to disclose the data to third parties, whether private or public, natural or legal persons, apart from the technical service providers mentioned above
  • Inform users of any security breach or vulnerability that directly or indirectly affects data and/or could lead to accidental disclosure or unauthorized access to data.

User rights

In accordance with the law “informatique et libertés” of January 6, 1978 and the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of April 27, 2016, users have an individual right of access, rectification, deletion, limitation, opposition, and portability of data concerning them.

Users also have the right to lodge complaints with the CNIL concerning the exercise of the aforementioned rights.
