Can you introduce yourself in a few lines: your background, how long have you been working at <\/span><\/b>Maltem<\/span><\/b> Insight Performance ? <\/span><\/b> <\/h2>\n

With an engineering<\/span> mechatronics<\/span> background I got into IT in my first job in the 2000s, with various jobs<\/span> <\/span>on<\/span>the first 10 years<\/span> : developer, application engineer, system engineer, network engineer<\/span>. Then in 2008<\/span> I went into <\/span>Alaloop<\/span> under the wing of the founder J-Louis Melin where we were 6 <\/span>at the time.<\/span> <\/span><\/p>\n

What is your vision of IT supervision? <\/span><\/b><\/h2>\n

Ma vision est que c\u2019est un vaste monde plus qu\u2019il n\u2019y parait de prime abord<\/span> and constantly growing<\/span>.<\/span> And<\/span> each technological evolution brings its own set of new needs in <\/span>supervision:<\/span> cloud-based architecture, <\/span>networks I<\/span>o<\/span>T, 5G, SDWAN, <\/span>application architecture <\/span>server <\/span>less<\/span> or <\/span>api <\/span>centric<\/span>. From the beginning of<\/span> new trends or<\/span> technologies it is necessary to anticipate to<\/span> \u201c<\/span>have it in the catalog<\/span>\u201d,<\/span> but it is necessary to differentiate those which will be really effective <\/span>and those who will remain at <\/span>the media<\/span> state<\/span>.. <\/span><\/p>\n

In addition to being one of the leaders, you are a project manager at <\/span><\/b>Maltem<\/span><\/b> Insight Performance. What are your missions?<\/span><\/b> <\/span><\/h2>\n

My <\/span>day<\/span>s<\/span> <\/span>are<\/span>actually <\/span>strong<\/span>ly<\/span>various<\/span>s<\/span> bec<\/span>ause<\/span>that it goes from the <\/span>human resources management<\/span>management, to the <\/span>budget<\/span> to work <\/span>of technical <\/span>coordination <\/span>on the implementation of<\/span> <\/span>pie<\/span>ce <\/span>of <\/span>metrology <\/span>or pre-sales, or even take care of the sacrosanct coffee machine <\/span>\ud83d\ude09<\/span> No room for routine !<\/span> <\/span><\/p>\n

What type of profile do you collaborate with in the companies during the implementation of the project? Who is the Maltem Insight Performance MIP solution for?<\/h2>\n

Essentially 2 <\/span>profiles:<\/span> a project manager profile, production manager who explains <\/span>its initial needs<\/span> to translate <\/span>in <\/span>terms of<\/span> <\/span>measure<\/span>s and <\/span>dash<\/span>boards<\/span>, and more technical people who<\/span> participate in the installation<\/span>s or security more and more <\/span>present<\/span>.<\/span> <\/span><\/p>\n

Can you present us the different steps of the implementation of the MIP <\/span><\/b>Solution<\/span><\/b> at<\/span><\/b>maltem<\/span><\/b> insight <\/span><\/b>performance ?<\/span><\/b> <\/span><\/b><\/h2>\n

During the phase<\/span>s<\/span> from before<\/span>–<\/span>sale <\/span>we have <\/span>often recover<\/span>ed<\/span> 80% of the information but <\/span>we<\/span> star<\/span>t<\/span> by revalidating the environment<\/span> customer, <\/span>the need expressed by the signatories <\/span>(<\/span>because often different <\/span>technical people)<\/span> and the various stakeholders (contact, political, …)<\/span>. <\/span> <\/span><\/p>\n

Then follows a stage<\/span> of implementation <\/span>of the technical architecture of the measures, “the hardware”.. <\/span>Following is <\/span>takes place<\/span> under our aegis<\/span> deployment of application or network measures<\/span>. And finally we define<\/span>and <\/span> create the different outputs, KPI<\/span>, <\/span>dashboards before presentation and training on our solution<\/span> to customers<\/span>. <\/span>My job as a project manager is to <\/span>end with the various <\/span>notebooks<\/span> and transmission to our production teams.<\/span> <\/span><\/p>\n

Our managed service being continu<\/span>ou<\/span>s<\/span>, the metrology system<\/span> (peri<\/span>meter,<\/span> dashboards<\/span>,…)<\/span> will<\/span> evolve<\/span> with the life of the IS according to the monthly reviews established by our<\/span> delivery<\/span> manager and the<\/span> customer’s manager.<\/span> <\/span><\/p>\n
